It's pretty impressive you were able to use those colors (I have to agree they're not very good for this challenge xD )
However, after watching the speedpaint, I would suggest that you do a bit more with guidelines for the rest of the body not just the head (design.tutsplus.com/articles/h… this has a wonderful tutorial if you need one. You'll have to fudge the proportion some if you want to keep you're super deformed style though)
It's a good piece, just keep practicing and ull get better at it. ^-^
